Validation of the integrated lighting and CO2 control system in research greenhouses
At Cornell University GLASE researchers will demonstrate the combined benefits of integrating new energy-efficient LED luminaries with real-time dimming and spectral ratio control, and crop-specific equations modeling CO2/DLI interactions. Results found for lettuce, tomatoes and strawberries will be reported in terms of biomass efficacy - defined as crop yield in grams (g) per kWh electricity
