GLASE technology implementation in commercial greenhouses
To reduce the risks associated with new technologies development, GLASE is working with two commercial greenhouses in NY. At SAF Produce in Berlin, NY and Wheatfield Gardens in Buffalo, NY GLASE developed technologies are being installed and validated. CEA growers and ,manufacturers have the opportunity to see in first hand the energy efficiency improvements provided by the new lighting and systems controls implementation whereas the pilot greenhouses realize the energy savings and production yield increases.
